thanks guys. I like the front end swap idea but, I have always liked the TA spoiler. Ever see that swap done? the spoilers I have looked up for her car are cool but, I like the factory TA spoiler the best.

Yeah, I want to keep the 3.8. I might turbo it later but I need to do a lot research on that. This is mainly about the body. I have heard that the 3.8 is a very good engine.

its a great engine one of the best and yes they did come SC in the GTP but forced induction on a camaro is hard theres no space in the engine bay for a turbo and the stock SC wont work because of the TB

My plan, even though I haven't done much research for the camaro yet, is to do an STS rear mount turbo kit like what Im doing for my car. I would like to know what fuel & tuning mods would be needed to run about 5-7 psi of boost. My thoughts would be to use an ignition box with a boost retard function for timing but I dont know anything about the camaros fuel system other than when the pump went out, it was a pain in the but to change. Also I dont know if the factory MAF would support the boost or need to be upgraded.

a good place to start looking into a FI build would be FullThrottleV6.com - V6 5th Gen Camaro, Firebird, Grand Prix, and Mustang Tech Forums there pretty good over there

Thats cool. The wife realy could care less about more power. She just wants it to be pretty & have a bark that is worse than its bite. I tried to explain to her that only V8's sound like V8's but, a V6 can sound pretty mean too. So any imput on the rear spoiler swap would still be nice. Thanks guys.

Ok to get the spoiler off you need to lift the hatch and pop off the plastic right under the spoiler. Then unbolt the Camaro spoiler and bolt on the trans am spoiler. They are the same hatch so it's just a matter of a few bolts to do the swap.
