Default Tailshaft not in line with driveshaft???

Pulled motor and trans (3.8/T5) out the bottom. New motor and motor mounts. New clutch, flywheel. Lowered the body down over the engine bolted K frame to main frame. Then went to connect trans mount and crossmember....Tailshaft is almost 3 inch off center (towards passenger side) I have NEVER seen this before. Help Please!
