OK, it's done. What a pain that was. lol Would have been great if it were not for the grommet. Had take out the entire console pretty much, not fun.

This was helpful as far as adjustment:
Adjust A4 Trans Linkage
Had to remove the counsel and the 3 screws holding shift mechanism to the chassy to thread it in there.. Didn't take any pics though.
