Default Sway bar suggestions

I have a 2000 v6. I am looking into upgrading the sway bars, but I dont know squat about suspension stuff. I am looking for suggestions on quality brands and what sizes front and rear would benefit my car. It is a daily driver that doesnt see a track. I am just looking to have a little more fun on my way to and from work. Thanks for your suggestions.

have you considered looking into the z28/ss stock swaybars? They can be had for a song and would be a nice upgrade for you over the stock v6 bars

I know when I converted mine to drag only, I took off my front bar completely and went to a BMR rear bar and gave my z28 ones away, I can't imagine it would be hard to find new/used

I thought about that as a possibility. Someone I spoke to said I shouldnt get used sway bars as they might be worn out. Not sure how true that is. Where would I be able to find new ss/z28 bars?

I don't know if I would worry about them being worn out personally, but thats me.

I would imagine either scoggin ****ey or your local GM dealer could track them down for you

used or nos gm 1le/ss/ws6 sway bars are the best bang for the buck for the v6 cars.

98-02 v6 28mm front and 15mm rear
93-97 v6 30mm front 17mm rear

, so you will be going to a 32/19 combo, or like me with the rarer 32/21 1le combo, man does the handling greatly improve.

It seems to be getting good fuel. I've got the plugs and wires in my truck after work I'm going to put them on to see what happens. Thank you.

Either go with SS sways, or if you have the coin: Strano hollow sways.

I have a set of SS sways I am willing to sell, PM if interested.
