I'm surprised precision suggested such a small turbo for your motor, we're running 67mm stuff on 2.0L Honda's around here and with twice the displacement, I'd figure they'd suggest something bigger.

What are your goals with this new build?

Bigger isn't better. The smaller turbo will let it build boost quicker. There are no number goals.

looks great ,I have seen a few on youtube built right putting out over 400hp to the crank, an sounding just like a v8 ,cant wait to hear it , ,I got some flack for putting a carbed engine in my 95 z28,? have you considered a super charger from a grand prix gtp ,though turbo is in ,an twin turbo is also ,I agree size does not matter when comes to turbo

Superchargers are not easy to make work. The FWD and RWD engines are NOT the same, there's enough differences to make them a PITA to try to use. I've done a lot of research on this already. Turbo is the better way.

yep musicman looked into them too and used turbo. not sure if he made it to 10 seconds or not but it was a great sounding 3.8 with some impressive power.

yes turbo is wining out with the street outlaws too I love that show ,I think it takes the right gears tires hp tlbs an those combinations with other good parts to make a good 10 sec car ,I think about the lsx swap one day mabey the 6.0,unless you get a used engine there not cheap though people are finding out what great swaps they make
