NICE WRITE UP! Looking forward to a youtube link where we can see and hear it on the dyno. Thank you for the photos and the walk through of the steps on the build. I'm wondering what a shop would have charged for what you have done thus far on the machining end of the build? I know you've saved a lot of money by doing machining yourself. I'm in the process of replacing a 3.8 in my 99 with 70k on the body. My engine is locked up and was knocking bad at idle prior to seizing up. I'm wanting to get the most bang for my buck on the replacement so I'm looking for the right company for the replacement. Any suggestions on a 3.8?
