window issue
Got a 94 Z28 that sat all winter. Went to start it, and the drivers door window will not move. It's up, so no issue there, however, I can't get it down. What I don't understand, is that it worked fine when I parked it for the winter. It's stored outside in New jersey and it was a long cold winter. But I can't imagine that had anything to do w it since that window motor was replaced in 2010 and has seen minimal use since then, having only put 17k miles on the car in four years. I also just replaced the window switch for good measure. The other window works fine, so I know the fuse is good. I checked it with the defogger fuse which works also, and still nothing. When I do press the window switch, I can hear the relay under the dash clicking. Could the regulator in the door go bad from sitting? I'm going to check for a broken wire between the switch and the motor. I'll check the voltage for low voltage . Is their anything I'm missing?
