Default Water Leak

94 Camaro Z28, T Tops.. Water leak in right firewall/front floor pan running to lowest point in right rear floor pan. Have tested tops and leak not coming from T Tops. Heater core was replaced a few years ago, which is only about 3,000 miles ago and not losing any radiator fluid. Only leaks in hot weather when A/C is on after driving 20 to 30 miles. It must be the A/C drain?? Had a mechanic look at the drain and he said it looks like it is draining OK. He said he needs to see it leaking to be sure where it is coming from. I removed the right side seats and pulled up the carpet and there is a water trail from the firewall under pass feet to rear pass floor pan. The A/C does drain some water on the ground after stoping. Could A/C drain be leaking inside car and outside?? Any other ideas? or solutions?? Thanks

if its not coolant and its not raining i think you are on the right track and the tube or lower part of ac is leaking and draining. if you are getting rain then it could be the rubber boot under the ecm or main computer. if you look in the cubby between the fenderwell and the firewall on the passenger side you should see it. if you look under it you will see a rubber boot for the wiring harness in the firewall. that could be getting rain in it and leaking through to the floor. thats all i can think of at the firewall. the door seal may be leaking and finding its way down there somehow. not likely but possible. the windshield could be leaking and draining down there somehow as well. again not likely but possible.
