I found a complete set of seats out of a 1998 Trans Am WS6 for $300 on Craigslist. I have not seen a pic of them yet. He describes them as leather with a couple of stress cracks in the front drivers seat.
If they are as described, does this seem worth the money and 3 hour drive (one way, 6 total) to pick up?
I am also assuming that they will fit in my 2001 camaro z28.

 

I would try to work him down a bit and use the drive as leverage. $300 is a good deal though if the bolster is in good shape

Someone once tried that "can't you come down more in price because you're so far away". Didn't work. I told him it's not my fault he doesn't live in my neighborhood.....move closer then!!! lol

 

That's actually probably what I would say as well if situation was reversed.
