Default Sun Visor fix?

My sun visors on my '95 swing on their own during turns -- has anyone found a way to fix them?

This sounds simple but is actually very annoying.

TIA!

One thing I would think would be cool would be to use your current visors as a template. Then get a sheet of abs plastic and cut out some visors. And then take it to a place and have them finish it inleather. You can re-use the hardware too.

Both the left and right did it on my 91. I had JB welded the washer onto the metal that retains the spring. It worked for the drivers side but the passenger side has the mirror so it only fixed it so it does not swing as much. I also split some washers to slip on top the spring to add more tension that helped out a bit.

first take of the old visors and then by new ones..
if you dont feel like doing that and u just want a quick and easy fix..
then take the visors of and put tape or putty inside the swing arm..\
that should jam it shut so that way it shouldnt swing as much..
