Somewhat of a stupid ?. i have the engine harness under the hood . if i hook a battery up to it can i get the aux power on in the car. to activate the power seats and window motors. there is no engine in the car. i need to get the seat moved back so i can remove the seats. or

 

Should be able to as long as you have the keys. Engine (if it had one) doesn't need to be running to adjust the seats.
