Camaro cd player

I'm going to assume you burned them as a data cd and not as an audio cd. Stock cd players can't read one's burned as data. It's also possibly that the cd player just doesn't work. You can verify this by taking a store bought album cd and trying that. They are burned as an audio cd.

Another option is to install an aftermarket CD player that'll read both audio and data discs (almost all do it now) or install aftermarket player and use a flash drive to play songs, which is what I do.

Forget CDs, just use an iPhone or RCA line input for any other device -- this unit plugs into your OEM CD changer port, problem solved. I have them in both my Camaros -- love them, and easy install!

I just put a Pioneer DDIN MP3/DVD player in my 2000 and called it a day , but I do have an iPod shuffle (small square LCD one) that I have connected to a USB port and then stuff under the console.
But i do prefer those hardwired adapters instead of FM transmitting.

Make sure you aren't using RW blank CD's. Most auto players won't play them. Also, if you have used +R CD's, try the -R type or vice versa. Don't use double-layer CD's either.
