This Z28 has been sitting since 2016, i'm not sure what happened to the motor but my dad said it went \"frozen" i have not started it because it has been sitting and i'm afraid if there is mice or spiders infested inside the car.

Looks like you have your work cut out for you,good luck with it.
I'd pull the sparkplugs out and get some oil in the cylinders then wait a few days before trying to turn the motor over by hand to see if it's stuck or not.
