Your best bet is to get an iPod Touch or iPhone. ;-)
Seriously though, get a USA Spec, it support iPod/iPhone + has RCA cables, or go for the Parrot

I think the 12-disc changer simply plugs into the back of the head unit. idk what kind of plug it is, but you could possibly just use a splitter and have one cord to the changer and an audio jack to plug into your Zune (or any MP3 player, for that matter).
