i am sortof new and i tried serching for this but i need to ask it anyway.......what would be the diff. in a race against a mustang gt and a camaro z28. ive heard that a camaro would leave it in the dust but i wasnt sure if they were talking about a z28 or an ss?? and im talking about both cars being stock...tanx to everyone that posts

 

Z28 will beat a mustang GT Stock for Stock, and a SS will BURN a GT Stock for Stock

 

SS and Z28 are basically the same car, except the ss comes factory with CAI and improved exhaust as well as suspension.

 

Ford should be embarrased because z28s have owned Mustang GT's stock up until Camaros went out of production.. and usually by a lot. they need to get their act together. but i guess they can talk a bunch of **** now that Camaros are no longer made. but the ford guys will get a big surprise when the new Camaros come out and destroy a mustang of the same year. hahahaha *****es
