Default wounded warrior project camaro

well some of yall know i was in the Army till recently on my deployment when i was in a IED well the Wounded Warrior Proect helped alot with my rehab and now im trying to work on a car i got before i deployed it a 94 z28 and i need ideas for it i got 8K to spend on car from a private donor and got sponsors in the talk but i need paint ideas car is red at moment engine is hopefully getting redone soon with a 383 stroker

it going to be my dd so nothing crazy im not making it a trailer queen ill look for pics i put them on here before i deployed

I like the flat black idea. The wounded warrior project would look nice with it. I'm not so sure about the branch symbols. You should incorporate a purple heart into it, that would look nice on flat black.

^x2, maybe put the branch medalions sutley all around the car in different locations or ghost them around/under the Wounded Warrior logo or purple heart. I don't know if you can ghost with flat colors??? I'm not a paint guru so I'm not sure.

To the OP, thanks for your service from a fellow member of the greatest military the world has ever seen (USN - Retired).

Ghosting can be done with flats as well as glosses. It is all about choosing the proper shades. Of course ghosting logos with that many colors will be tough no matter what, but a good painter should be able to make it work. I couldn't even guess how long it would take or what a painter would charge. I would estimate it would be close to the $8K budget just for the painting.

It would look cool, that is for sure.

Maybe put the branch medalions on the "bar" between the rear glass and the T-tops
