Look at the pic where the passenger rear panel looks like it might fall off? Is that a serious fix? What questions would you ask?

nope, has bigger issues than the rear panel. The hood/fender line is off on the front pass side.

Definitely looks wrecked. Could have frame damage and who knows what else. And if the oerson selling it or a friend of theres did the repairs, carfax will be useless.
