I had a shop do some work on my '02. Long story short: they broke several things on my car and I refuse to give them the opportunity to work on it anymore (even to replace the stuff they've broken). One of these issues is that they've stripped out the threads on the stud for the wiper arm. I'm wondering if this is a replaceable part. I tried half-heartedly to pull it out the other day, but didn't get anywhere. I haven't had time to mess with it in the last few days because of work. I'm going into a bit of an off stretch and was wondering if anyone had a lead on this repair. All I've been able to find were wiper motor replacements. I really don't want to spend that much on this if I don't have to. Thinking if I can get that stud out, I can pick one up at a salvage yard. Thanks.

Just go to the junk yard and grab one, they're fairly easy to remove.
