I recently painted my wiper arms (they looked like crap, bare metal showing and what not) and the passenger side one was either "rust welded" on, or the mechanism that loosens the tension when the arm is lifted up is broken...cause it wouldnt budge to come off.....any ideas how to get it off without damaging anything?

lift plastic cover, take nut off, jiggle untill it comes lose. if will not come lose you will need to pick up a wiper arm puller.

They look fine on the car, and the actually wipe the entire surface, unlike the others I have tried - they always left a swatch unswiped in the center.

ok you lost me, are we talking about the wiper arms or the wiper blades? the newer style wiper blades connect the oposite (more normal) way so you would need the newer style wiper arms. the oem style blades work best for me, like the trico 24-9r. tryed some of them blades with less flexablilty and they leave a spot like the dr is sayin.

Trico 24-9r exact fit are the correct fit style for the 93-97 style wiper arm, if you store has them your lucky. I also have to order mine form amazon.
