I got what is legal in NC. I believe that is 35% on the sides and back. I went to Tint World and they did it (had a special) for $150.00. Had to take it back once because the ran it up to far on the side windows and it was catching on the weatherstripping and peeling off. I like it though.

 

I despise window tint. None of my cars have ever had tinted windows and I will never put it on any of my cars. I prefer being able to see. :/

 

My last car had 20% all around. I loved it. Kept all the sun out, car was always cool even in summer, driving during the day was nice and shady, and driving during the night you get cradled in a cocoon of darkness which was the bee's knees.
