Cool Window regulator rivets

Ok every one i have a 97 camaro rs i am fixin to replace the window regulator an need to know what size rivets i need to get to put it all back together like to have it all before i start the replacement any info would be great thank you

i use nuts and bolts there much easier

Use nuts and bolts definetly but are you sure its not just the window motor that needs replaced? That's a much more common issue, also!!! Important

Use a sharpie around where every adjustable bolt/anything there is on that window panel and line it up when you re apply the regulator or they will never line up right again

I second that^^^^^ it's prolly the window motor and nuts and bolts come with that.

window regulator bracket takes a 1/4" diameter peel- type rivets. napa part number 665-2438 need a extra large pop gun to do it. better off to stop by the gm shop or a body shop and pay them a couple bucks to pop em for ya.

0k thanks for the info its definely the regulator window track is all wore out and window roller is broken or atleast i beleave there called rollrs any way bought new regulator with motor from rock auto parts

i use 1 inch 3/8ths carriage bolts then after i tighten them down i go through with the cutting wheel and take off the extra bolt
