Window Motor/Regulator Jammed
Hey guys, my window hasn't worked in a while, so I finally decided to replace it. I took of the door panel of the driver side door, and started to drill out the rivets holding the Window Regulator in. I finally got the old one out, and replaced it with a new one (exactly the same). It took some thinking, but i finally got it in there and working. The window goes up all the way, and can move up and down, but when it goes to the bottom of the door, it gets jammed. I had to take a screwdrive and hammer and pry the gears loose while I had my finger on the button trying to move it. There's a rubber stop in the bottom of the door that I tryed to reinforce to solve my problem. That didn't help me. It stopped the window from gping down all the way, but it still got jammed. So I had to pry the gears moving again.
Is there anything I can adjust to stop the Window Regulator from getting stuck? Does anyone know any tips?
Thanks.

RE: Window Motor/Regulator Jammed
I fixed the problem. There was a bad connection form the wires to the motor. Hitting it with a hammer shook it, and the wires made a connection again, and it was able to move again.
