I used the link that goes step by step on how to do this but it doesnt explain how to go about getting these rivets out. I got the door panel off and the holes to expose the rivets. Now I can't get the Rivets out, what would be the best way to go about getting the rivets out? I know it might be a dumb question but I can't seem to get them out, lol. Thanks for the help

 

Drill the heads off the rivets.

 

yea i had to replace the motor on the river window, just gut the heads off the rivets and replace them,
