so

im trying to change my drivers side window motor, but im not sure how to get the old one out doing minimal damage,

i see some plastic rivets that i think are the only things holding it on? do i need to break them / and which ones are holding the motor? if they have to be broken how would i get the motor to stay in place

i even bought a manual for my car to help and under this section is says refer to dealer, haha

any help would be appreciated.
