Default window messed up

how do i fix this?
i dont wanna take the whole window out and would like to replace the metal part on the bottom of the glass from a junked camaro.
Any problems you see with doing this?
also will i just be able to twist that metal piece off of the back of the window? (the 1st pic)

1st pic: the bottom of the back of the glass
2nd pic: the plastic wheel broke off
3rd pic: the bottom of the front of the glass

I don't spose you have an air cut off tool, or something else to grind off that rivet? Or you could drill it out from the front side. When you replace the metal part, you'll need to replace the rivets with bolts and nuts (use nylon lock nuts).

that sure looks like a rivet. my book shows a nut on the non window side. check this out and see if it helps at all.
