I don't think it will line up with the throttle body correctly nor will the fitting on the pipe connect to the V6 TB. It is round and the one for the V8 is more egg shaped.

what yr and what size motor? 93-95 3.4 is the same as the lt1 at least thats what it shows.

the difference between the 3.4 and LT1 engine is a MAF sensor. There is no MAF sensor on the 3.4
They make a SLP CAI for the 3.8 if thats the engine you have
