why priced so low??
hey guys ive been looking for a firebird or a camaro for awhile now preferably manual with the LT1 or the LS1 and i have come across a 2001 firebird trans am that is only $4000. it has 60000 miles on it and it has the LS1 and the 6-speed tranny and the seller claims that there are no accidents on it. i checked the blue book value of the car and it goes for over 11000 so obviously there is something going on here. i looked at the car (in the pics anyway) and everything seemed to look fine - body and all but is there something that could lower the value that much?? i was completely confused when i saw this so what would you guys say? id be thrilled if i got this with no problems and especially for that price but what could be wrong with it if there is something??

link?
And yeah, something is wrong. When you check it out, take it to a mechanic to get it thoroughly inspected. Usually you already get a hint if there is something wrong by the sellers face expression when you ask to do this, even before you actually take it in to get checked.
I always do this when I buy a used car, no matter what.
