lol, so I was getting ready to buy the stripes for the hood, and I saw a pic of a teal Camaro with white stripes, not black. Should I go white or black? I'm kinda lost now. I think the white is a little bright, but the color combo is growing on me. Just looking for a few opinions before I lay the money down. Thanks again y'all.

I vote for white. I always say if you're gonna go, go bold. I have a black 94 Ford Probe GT that I just painted 2 white racing stripes on, it looks awesome. And I just oredered red stripes for my 97 Z28, which is white. I do it because I want my car to stand out, so go as bold as you can stand.

 

now why would you put racing stripes on a probe?

You know what? The Probe, with it's V-6, is quicker off the start than my Z28.....at least until the Z hits 2nd gear anyway...lol

 

lol, yeah, I do like bold, but as an ex-ricer guy, I can't tell if the white stripes are sporty, or ugly. Silver is a good idea, gray also. Right in the middle. I can't buy my new corner lenses until I make up my mind about this. If I go white, then I guess I need to buy new chrome rims, I was going to go black and buy black rims (with polished lip) and stripes. The chrome is peeling off in very large chunks off my current rims, and the tires have stress cracks in them (probably from age), so they need to go in the very soon future. I hate it when there is so many options that you can't decide.

lol, I know a guy with a Turbo Probe that is freaky fast. I've always liked them.

Oh, and I ran into another delema. My camaro is an import, made in Canada....

Id go with black or the silver.

 

I'm beginning to like metallic silver, that's right in the middle of black and white, and not too loud.
