Where do i find the black stripe on the back of camaros??

Ive seen the black stripe right under the rear hatch, where it says "camaro". Does anyone know where to buy one, or what the actual name of this piece is?

you can take it off and sand it down and prime it or find someone whos already done that

Some refer to it as the Berger Panel Mod.
Search that, it'll come up with tons of information.
