I always shift my car from D into N when I'm rolling ( I have an automatic) and rev the engine and the only way that that could be bad is if you try to pull it back into drive while your RPM's are up but if you do with high rpms it is what we call a neutral drop and it will spin the tires a nice amount But I do NOT!!!! suggest that
