Default Wheels Opinion Quick!!

I'm in need of 2 new tires. I was going to go put some new ones on at like NTB or something, but then I started looking through local ads and found a couple sets closeby I'm considering getting. These are temporary just needed throughout the winter. I figured eh maybe I can change the look of my car up a little bit while also getting the new tires i need. Both of these sets come with 2 "like-new" tires. I recently got new tires put on my fronts so I'll probably just swap those 2 over and be done with it.
Which would you get? The second set comes with a 5th wheel/tire.

Gorn has a thread on a 93 LT1 that he picked up a few months back. He has some rims that came with it that are kind of like that except a different finish and probably better quality. I liked them. I like the top set because its a different look, seeing as to how I already have 5 star chromes, but not the Camaro style ones.

If you HAD to pick between those two, I would say the first set as well. Why do you need new tires? Just want better traction for the upcoming winter?

The top ones look like BMW wheels, bottom ones are Firebird. I think I prefer the look of top ones better.

Thanks for the opinions guys. I'm going to contact the guy for the first set now and hope they're still available.

I have a nail in one and I don't know if you caught my thread the other day about making a turn at a light slowly and losing control. Thats enough to get me to consider some more tread lol. 2 new tires would run me more than these people want for the entire set of wheels.

Both are asking for $250 or best offer. I hope to get it down to $200.

I found the ad for the Firebird ones in Mt. Prospect, those have winter tires on them. Do the other ones too? For a winter set, I'd be more interested in function over looks.

Haha, go to Firestone and apply for their credit card. I got a $1600 limit. They wouldn't pass my tires for inspection, so I got my nice Kumhos that way. But no, I didn't catch your thread on that.
