Default Wheels on a convertible

I just bought a 98 Z convertible that needs new wheels and tires (previous owner went over a curb too fast). I read an article that you can't put 10.5 inch wheels in the back. It didn't say what the largest size was. I was wondering if I could fit 10's without any problems?

What would be the difference on a convertible? 10.5's are some big *** tires anyway haha.
