Default What to upgrade?

Well i've posted on some problems I had with my '95 Z28 but i have fixed those issues. Now I am mainly looking to upgrade and increase performance and gas mileage. I don't care too much for gas mileage but because I drive alot in-city it kinda sucks a bit when it comes to fuel. As far as I can tell the car is stock, so I'm lookin to increase performance on it, but for relatively cheap. I won't be able to afford much now but I want to atleast get an idea on what's best to do and in what order so that I can eventually work on installing them. So any help?

Getting a "real" cold air intake would be a good starting point, as it will give a good bang for the money and make any following mod perform better. Following up with an exhaust upgrade, such as long tube headers, and a cat back system will help a lot, but it will be several times the costly than the CAI.

Headers are going to be the best bang for buck.

What Pete said, but come on, a V8 is not that fuel efficient...

Full exhaust with headers should give you a nice increase in power and mileage.
