Very very false statement... Go tell that to Musicman on this board... Or go over to FTV6 and say that. You'll get hit with a rather large tree, or 10. My rear end is actually about to go on my V6 and I'm only making 215 hp to the ground...

I should have made it a bit clearer that I was going on the idea of averages where most people will add a CAI or headers and call it a day on V6s. You are correct that it can die with worked-over V6s making good power or seeing a good workout with burnouts and such. I don't wanna get hit with trees. LOL!

I am glad to hear this as I just bought a V6 with 165,000 miles on it. The owner is getting me the service records over the past 4 years, of which he told me her replaced the fuel pump, freeze plugs, the belt and most of the hoses.

Congrats on the car. I can't believe that no one mentioned that the owner MUST have a swivel elbow in order to replace the plugs!

Ya I know it is a 94 sports car so they were not built to be smooth riding Cadillacs, I started another post on a drone/rumble noise while stopped and in drive, its fairly loud inside while stopped. If I pop it in to neutral or let off the brake it stops right away. Does your car do that?

Biggest trouble that Camaro owners have is lack of traction and keeping the rearview mirror filled

My main problems have been...

Window motor
Fuel pump
Intake gasket

Other than that... It's just problems arising from track visits
