Tint your windows and get some newer rims. Off a 98+ Camaro or firebird. Those salad shooters are ugly. Find some head light covers. They smoothen out the front end alot.

 

DON'T get headlight covers you'll hate them they mess up the light

 

lol,,, fill er up with gas. that would take most of your money and make it unique. yep wheels are a good start.

 

wheels and tires are always a first for me, but its tough with that budget. Lighting is a good mod to differentiate your car. I'm not one for stickers and stripes, especially on 4th gens.

 

I agree with 3800Camaro. Search Criags list for someone parting out a 98+ Camaro with the chrome rims. I paid $100 for the ones on my car and they came with 2 useable tires. Your current tires will install on these rims. You may have to open of the center hole of the rims a little to get tnem on the back axle. I used a cheap hone and a drill, it took 10 minutes.
