What is this piece/part called?
where are you located? I have this stuff sitting at home in WI, so maybe I could hook you up if it's reasonable. Otherwise, LOOK IN JUNKYARDS!!!!!!! I can't stress this enough! Obscure parts like that are not in high demand, therefore most LT1-style 4th gens in a junkyard will probably have it.
Agree with WIspartan1026. Junkyards. That fender liner is held in with 4 or 5 little screws and you can remove it without having to remove the fender. Call a few of your local junk yards and ask if they have a camaro and I would guess you can find all of that stuff, except the front bumper cover for only a few bucks if you are willing to get down in the mud and take it off.
sail bezel i believe goes on it. it is called a applique assembly in the book. the sail bezel is called outside mirror bezel assembly.

are you talking about the triangular piece on the inside of the car? it just goes on with one screw, that's all. I'm guessing the **** on the end of the mirror adjustment lever will just screw off so you can put it through the hole.
yeah im talking about the plastic piece.. i know how to put it on but i dont have the actual plastic piece I am looking for them online and I cant find them I gotta check at teh junk yard but what is the plastic piece called?
part number for left side. LH (#390182276603) outside mirror bezel, widow triangle cover, many names used. found one.
