All those mods and a stock rear? Hmmmmmm ;)

RE: What will this run?
it doesnt sound stock at all. ive went and test drove many other z28 and none of them sounded like this one. ill talk to the guy if my loan goes through. i probably shoulda asked him for receipts and what not.

RE: What will this run?
Sounds kind of fishy too me man. [>:]
|
RE: What will this run?
I would say low 13s easy with good ruber probaly run side by side or a little ahead of the mildandnear stockLS1 guys, Maybe high 12s with slicks and gears
|
RE: What will this run?
why does it sound fishy?
ill said low -mid 13s stock ls1 area |
RE: What will this run?
my guess would be..... fast... no... really fast
|
RE: What will this run?
I have a 383 with basicly that same stuff and a lt1hot cam. It ran 12.9 @ 109 when the track temp was 111 and it was 103 outside in phx AZ. I also have 315 35 17 bfg drag radials. So depending what your compression is you could be right around there.
|
RE: What will this run?
Compression would probably be stock. Crank is stock and cylinders haven't been bored over. The only thing that worries me is the high stall converter for street driving.
|
RE: What will this run?
sounds pretty good to me. would i be able to buy some kind of electronic lockup for the converter?
