america hot rot rims that is flat black with no polish or chrome rim lip
falken grip tires in from and nitto g-force slicks in the rear(drifting technic that i learn)
spacro seat or any racing seat for my car
some gauge's like oil temp,air/fuel, and nos
i don't know what nos stage i want but still looking
change out the rotors and put in power slot rotors and hawk pads
also maybe repaint the car......nope, just paint because this car need one from the abuse of the streets!

with all of this stuff that i am puttin in is gonna cost me around 5 to 6k. but as long i can hit the 11 or 10's on the strip. i be find and happy with that.

not to be rude but i think ur going to need to do more then that to get in the 11sec mark, i have cai,58tb,34injector, stock head ported and polished to the edge with a 5angle vavle job, a comp cam with a powerband 1800 to 6100rpm, headers to true duels with cherry bombs,power pulley, ac deleate, dyno tune,short shifter, dot drags 373 gears, plus a 125 shot theres a lil more but cant think at this point, but since my times r at 5800 alttiude take about a sec off 4 sea level my times here with a 3700lb car (me in it) dynoed w/nos is 469rwhp (at sea leavl) is 12.5 better if i had the chance to run it more b4 the track closed, i think a 10 or 11 sec might b just a bit out of range. i hope its not but i think it will b. good luck with it.

 

or u could just save the time and work and buy 5 or 6k worth of 100oct then run it straight and if u ur eng is anything like that 6 bangger hell u should run 9sec down the track lol sorry just being a smart ***

well, as long i run better then a 14! but i well keep this in mind. also this car is a daily driver so i gotta use this for work and cruse.

sparten66.................... do u know what you have to do to an lt1 to get into the 11's or 12's i realllllly doubt that a few unknown mods will make you hit the 11-12's im sorry bro but i just dont agree with you. a lt1 is a flat 14 second car and to knock 3 seconds off that well................. i think to at least need n2o or supercharge.......

 

I doubt my car runs 12s right now (especially with the random things wrong with it). But thats my goal when it gets warmer im going to go test it out at the track, im going to get 12 or 6 passes im going to do half and my mechanic said he will do half for me (since hes been around muscle cars and drag racing his whole life). But between now and then i plan on getting a new intake, hi flow cat, hopefully new headers.. hell hopefully a new header back system all together... fixing my valve tick (and ill have my mechanic check out my "ported heads" while im tinkering with the engine. Honestly Ive read enough magazines and websites and seen enough TV shows and online video clips to know that you dont need nitrous or a supercharger to get an LT1 to run 12s.. 11s maaaaybe, but im confident i can kinda wake her up alil bit with a few bolt ons and some new parts here and there.
