nice car !! I have had twelve mustangs and just went to camaro about a month ago! i HAD A 351 W IN A FOX BODY! I agree with mass the 95- 98 was a bad year for the mustangs as far as stock!! My 97 convertable was fun but I just couldnt get the performance I wanted so I stayed with the fox bodies! But I do like um all! If its fast I like it no madder what it is!
Just made it home with my 6th mustang. I tell you what, I drove last week in a jeep 18 hours one way and back, and those drives were not anything as bad as the one I did today bringing that car back. Going through Vermont and New Hampshire in a show storm in a Mustang with Z-Rated Tires really tested my driving abilities. We drove nearly 30mph most of the way and I really got nothing left to give today. I'd like to not get anything to eat either. The weather was so bad, we didn't have time to sit down and eat, and the roads were only getting worse and eating and driving was also out. That was by far the worst road trip I've ever taken. I almost hit a guardrail twice, nearly crapped my pants when the car nearly spun all the way around on the interstate. I'm just glad nobody got hurt and my wife and I made it home safely. There are lessons to be learned here: 1. Don't buy a car way north of you during the winter. 2. Don't take a car you're not used to through heavy snow for your first real, "Welcome Driver." 3. If you're leaving for just a few hours in a snow storm, bring your dogs with you. My dog were pent up for nearly 12 hours no food or water or bathroom. To sum up, I hope this car was worth it. I think it is, I paid for it. But don't do what I did and run up there in a snow storm because, "You know what you're doing," or, "I'm a good driver" or, "Nothing bad is going to happen." What my wife and I did today was dangerous and just plain stupid. I'm gonna finish my pizza, it's nearly 10:00pm here and I haven't eaten since 08:00AM this morning. Peace. Oh yeah, Nice Mustang dude, 351W Rule!

I'm just reflecting on what I did yesterday after finally getting to sleep. Man, what a trip.............but of course, this morning, I looked out and seen my car sitting outside and found some peace in it all. I bought another hot car! :-) I think that this story is going to make a great story to tell the grandkids when it's all said and done. "Let me tell ya about the time I drug your grandmother out to Vermont to pick up one of my Mustangs in a snow storm......." Makes me smile :-)

cool man, and i respect you for that!
, and some driving skills! Now thats a mustang man right their[sm=gears.gif]
