cuz they be idiots. would they rather you drive a honda civic? or an AMERICAN camaro... they should be praising you for driving anything american.

 

To each his own, that's how I feel about it. I used to have a 3.8 because at the time I bought what I could afford. It was a nice car, in great shape, and it was a V6 but it was quick. I got tired of people with crappy 4 banger Hondas and VWs saying I should've got a V8. The reason why I went with the V8 this time is because the gas mileage isn't much different and I lucked out and found a hell of a deal. Otherwise I would have gladly gotten another sixer. Point was that I missed owning a Camaro. Of course I bought it in VA and my insurance didn't go up... but now that I moved to PA my insurance on the Camaro has gone through the roof, fml.
And to the OP-- your friends are just jealous that their cars are lame and you have a sweet Camaro.

I think whatever you have is beast! It's a camaro! The v6 can take the 2009 mustang v6. That's like 20 years newer. lol... Ford....
