check all your connections at the battery and the power junction box. take the battery cables lose and wire brush the heck outa the battery terminals and the cable ends. do the same for the junction box ends. check the connections and wires to the alternator. if none of these help have the battery and alternator tested, if you have a voltage tester test the volts at the battery running and not. check voltage at the alternator while running as well.

you have a ground on the block in front of the starter. one on the passenger side motor mount, one on the front of the block on the driver side by the coil, one under the belt tensioner. your also have power and ground junction boxes on the passenger side wheelwell that you could cleanup with a wire brush.
heres a couple grounds inside g200 and g201

Dumb? I have a busted tail light, any chance the water getting in there could make a short and couse all this? It did happen the first time in the rain, and I did just wash the car yesterday.

check out the light socket and see if its all corroded. look over the wiring under/behind the cover/carpet.
