Default Weather Stripping Install

So I caved in and ordered new weather stripping for my t-tops ($139 with free shipping for BOTH sides). Question is, would they need to be professionally installed, or is it something I can do? What kind of 'glue' would I need if I do them myself?

You can do it yourself, just take your time. I prefer this adhesive when doing weatherstripping.

Not hard to do. You should be able to do this yourself after all the other work you did. A decent weatherstrip adhesive is all you need. Permatex makes a decent product.

Helpful hint. After you get the old weatherstrip out and clean off the old adhesive, install your new weatherstrip and loosely hold it in place with blue masking tape (painters tape). Then check to ensure that you are getting a good seal with the dollar bill method. If everything is sealed up, remove the tape and glue a small section at a time (6-12 inches). Take your time and you will have really good results.
