I have not heard of a kit. Frankly, I'd don't know what would be involved. I don't know if GM changed some of the front structure under the hood - braces and so forth, is so it could be a big, big, jot. They made the front body change when they went to the LS1 with its different intake apaths and radiator.
the first thing I would do is find someone with a 98+ and park along side and study the underhood front structure (around the radiator, etc., to make certain its the same of close to it. I imagine more is involved than just changing fenders and facia and hood. Probably the crash protection honeycomb behind the fasia and a lot of the structure behind the lights, etc.
Then, if you decide to proceed, the best thing to do would be just buy a clip (front of a 98+ Camaro that has been wrecked inthe rear). Depending on your car's color you might even find one in the right color, saving you re-painting. The whole front of the car would give you all the parts, including not just fedners, hood, fascia and lights, but all the little clips and brackets and electrical wiring harnnress to the lights.
