ok so i am a week behind but finally have tranny and rear swaped out. here is a run down of everything done. when i bought this car it was a 6 cyl with a 5 speed. as it sits right now it has a 383 roller motor built off of a 87 block with vortech heads. motor is built bottom up with a holly stand alone fuel inj. system and a stealth ram intake. got rid of the 5 speed and put in a 6 speed with a ram hdx clutch and a hydraulic throw out bearing. for the most part everything else is stock up grades aluminum driveshaft, disk brake posi rear, and i have a ls1 front brake system on it. down the road i am going to up grade to the ls1 front end and ls1 rear brakes as well as a gear change for now there 3.08. there will be true dual 2 1/2 with h pipe and bullet muffers. pics at www.myspace.com/dre18722
