So I replaced my window motor on my 94 V6. apparently now whenever I press down it goes up and whenever I press up it goes down. Can someone tell me how to fix this? The passenger switch works normal. could it be a passenger motor?
Also when I was changing my motor, I took it out and water poured out. How can I prevent this from happening again?

This is classic reversed polarity.
I haven't needed to pull a window motor from my 94 but I suspect that the connector only works one way. That means that the new motor you got has the terminals reversed in the connector. You'll need to swap the terminals in the body harness connector to get it to work properly. Bummer.
