Turn Signals on 95 not blinking
I had the key and tumbler replaced in my 95 Z28 (105k) recently and less than a week later the part went bad and the car would not start. Turns out it damaged some other part in the steering wheel, a lower ignition part, and when both of those were replaced my turn signals stopped blinking. They still go on and the hazard lights still flash. The part that goes inside the steering wheel, the turn signal switch I believe, had bad connections, was replaced and they still do not work. I checked the fuse and there does not appear to be a relay under the hood that addresses this.
The lights come on, just don't blink

Good symptom in the selected lights come on,
But no flash usually means the flasher unit needs replacing.
Quick driveway check is swap in the emergency flasher and test turn signals for working function.

I changed the flasher and they still do not work. I also discovered that when I turn the key to the accessory position nothing works. I also don't have the open door chime when the key is in the ignition. Could these things be related? Is it possible that the switch inside the steering wheel that was replaced first was installed incorrectly?
the symptom of no chime and nothing else works could mean the switch on top of the column may need adjusting.
Check in seeing the switch is secured to column and the switch has slotted mounting points.
You could loosen the screws securing the switch and slide the switch until items worked, then tighten screws.

Yea, the lights come on but do not blink. I haven't changed any bulbs. They were fine until the key and tumbler and a lower ignition part was changed.

If this is not together right a complete redo is the only fix. If you are giving up on the original guy then find another mechanic. My first stolen car I did 3 times before I got it right. I made no money that day but I could almost do a GM column blindfolded from that day on.
