Default Tsp rumbler

Is there anyone running the Texas speed and performance rumbler cat back? If so how's the in car noise? Im thinking of getting this for my v6 as the exhaust system is crap on it and I found a good deal on the tsp rumbler.

TSP Rumbler is near identical to the SLP Loudmouth 2 in terms of sound. I would not run it on a v6 as it is just a bullet resonator and will sound pretty bad on a sixxer; lots of high-pitched, ugly rasp.

The only way to get a good sound is to go to true duals. All the true dual 3.8s on youtube sound much much better than a cat back. They are just a tad bit pricey. But ya, just a bullet on a 6 will not sound good at all.

^Agreed. Best sounding exhaust on a V6 is a catted X pipe with borla XR1's.

To be more budget friendly, the Magnaflow catback is a solid product with a good tone to it and is not too loud either

Is there a way to cut out the bullet resonator and put in a deeper resinator or even a round muffler? Getting a borla or magna flow cat back is over $700 up here in Canada and I can get this tsp rumbler for $175.

The location of the TSP bullet makes fitting a normal muffler, say a magnaflow, impossible. Only bullets, and resonators will really fit. Only suggestion would be a Magnaflow bullet as they are generally the most tame of the bunch.

Have you tried getting in contact with a retailer in the states? If you can get a retailer in the states to ship you a magnaflow catback, it shouldn't be near as much as buying it within Canada. Usually the Magnaflow catbacks run around $400-450 here.

Could try emailing LMperformance.com, or WS6store.com (ws6store has fantastic service, highly recommended).

I ordered mine from Autoanything, free shipping no matter what you buy, lowest prices(if you find a better price than them they will beat that price by 10%!) and AMAZING customer service. They also have 10% off sales on everything all the time.

Ya shipping is a killer tho. It may say free but that's to the states only. Once you have to go across the border the government wants there share which jacks things up. Everything in Canada is more exspensive. Kinda gay but our standard of living is high.

Well I'll snag this deal while i can and if it's real bad I'll look into a new resinator or fitting in a round muffler. If I keep the car I'm going to turbo it anyways so that should help with high rpm rasp.
