obviously you dont have one so you dont know what your talking about.. it doesnt do squat for sound.. espcial because its not a "CAI" its an intake elbow... two totally different parts...

the "donkey dong" does actually quiet intake air coming in. you may or may not hear a difference over stock, but technically it makes it louder. whether you hear it or not depends on other things

idk to me the stock sounded louder.. it may have been the various holes in my stock elbow but the trick flow is definatly not louder.

experiences will differ, but in general the deletion of the resonator will increase resonance.

insanity or madness is the behaviour whereby a person flouts societal norms and becomes a danger to himself and others.

In other words, listen to EVERYONE, the lack of a resonator = more sound in anything (not less sound).

ok AND I HAVE ONE THEY DONT.... You cant hear it like you can a CAI... holy crap you are dense.. I mean jesus... you dont even have one youve never seen one so who are you to call me insane? I understandwhat the resonator did and now that its gone it shouldnt make it quieter.. but its not like it was quieting hurricane force winds and now that its gone there should be a turbo style whistle... Now paired with a CAI you will get that whistle but the elbow is not a CAI so there is NOFRIGGIN MORE NOISE THAN STOCK.

ha ha, lol, your funny!

Your like the little brother I never had

To agree with you, I'm sure the average person will not hear a sound difference. I would like to replace mine because my stock one is folded over from a prior improper installation.

Oh, for the record, yes, I have seen and listened to two different 4th gen Camaros with Trick Flow elbows. They both had CAI and they both sound the same (intake) as my CAI without Trick Flow elbow

Dude what your hearing is the CAI.. not the elbow.. the elbow makes little to no difference idk what your arguement is.. your saying that their intake sounds the same as yours only they hvae the elbow.. so obviously the elbow makes no difference in sound CAI or not.
