Default transmission problem!!!!!

alright. holy ****. something isnt right with my transmission.
so probably around saturday i noticed that it just wasnt clicking right, like when i would try to go into park it would be in neutral. and it didnt do much other than that, until yesterday, it started REALLY messing up. like when it was in park, it would just start backing up. then i decided something was REALLY wrong. so i havent drove it since then. today though, i walked out and was about to check the AT fluid, but when i got in and started it up, as i went from drive to neutral (i think) it revved to about 1600 rpm. now i dont know what the hell that was but it scared me.

...help?!?!!?
