It says on the transmission housing to use ATF but i thought all tremec recommends is Syncromesh??? At 113000 miles on a stock T56 what do you guys recommend?

 

nope, the t56 recommends auto fluid, there should actually be a badge on the underside of ur tranny (may need to wipe some grime off) that says use only dexron III or better..... i think thats the fluid it says... either way there is a badge down there
